education and other reasons. If coming from a distance it is always best to
check first.

Monday: 2:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, 2:00 p.m.
– 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, 2:00 p.m.
– 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Library Cards:
A library card may be obtained by filling out
an application. The applicant must provide ID and proof of residence. Because
the library is supported by city taxes, there are no fees for residents.
Non-residents cards are available for families for $15.00 a year
Checkout Periods:
Some items, including area histories, new
encyclopedias, school annuals and some genealogical materials cannot be checked
out. All other library materials are checked out for 2 weeks. Recent books and
videos cannot be renewed. Other items can be renewed up to 2 times. This can be
done in person or by telephone. When library is not open, library materials can
be left in the book drop, which is located just inside the front door.
Fines:
Daily fee of 50 cents a day for recent
releases & videos
Daily fee of 5 cents a day for other library
materials
